Please email me your itinerary. If possible, could you arrive on Sunday (Oct 17) instead of Monday (Oct 18) so that I have time to pick you up from the airport? Likewise, Saturday (Oct 23) instead of Friday (Oct 22) would be easier for me to send you off to the airport.
